I can really only recommend this shoe & locksmith service including Hermes shop. The owner is very nice and helpful. Good service and good opening hours, as it is open continuously. The information for package pickup works quickly and reliably. And if you have a problem, Mr. Clemens is extremely eager to help you with the solution. This is not a given these days and should really be appreciated. Thank you very much for that 😊

Today around 2 PM I wanted to have the battery of the car key changed. At first, the gentleman dedicated himself to another task before he even greeted me. After I presented my request, I was referred back out of the shop with the explanation that he wanted to heat up food first and I should come back later. The shop is actually open continuously from 9 AM to 5 PM. So I went shopping first. 1 hour later the second attempt. He has no idea how to open the key. After I noticed how clueless he was, I left the store with my key. At the car dealership, the battery change took 2 minutes. Unfortunately, the gentleman is quite incompetent and not very friendly.

Always nice, helps where he can. If it takes a little longer, it's not a problem since Mr. Clemens works alone. Even though the shop is open continuously, I fully understand if one needs to eat. I would also like to come again. Even if the customer is king, one must have understanding for that.

I was at Mr. Clemens for the first time last week. Admittedly, he does seem a bit "rough". I believe that is where the negative reviews come from. But very good prices, at least 20% below the usual level and clean work, especially with shoe repairs.

Exceptionally friendly owner. I've known him for decades. He used to drive trucks, made a special turn at the highway interchange, and helped my father change the wheel on the truck, even leaving his own route for that. Therefore, the man has a good reputation. I always treat him kindly and am treated the same way. Such a thing is rarely found these days. Keep it up.
